Reds Agree To Sign £12 Million Will Hughes


Liverpool have fended off interest from Manchester United and Arsenal to win the race for Derby County’s highly-rated midfielder Will Hughes, according to the Express.

Hughes has been a long-term target for Reds manager Brendan Rodgers, having impressed in central midfield recently for The Rams.

Teenage sensation Will Hughes has been snapped up by Liverpool for £12m according to several newspapers this morning.
Hughes has been watched and admired by Manchester United and Arsenal but both have seemingly lost out to the Merseyside club.
The £12m may well be made up by Andre Wisdom (right back) going in the opposite direction following his loan spell to the Rams from Liverpool. This however, is open to speculation, as indeed at the moment is the Hughes move.
