Report: Liverpool to launch fresh Will Hughes bid
Liverpool have renewed their interest in Derby County midfielder Will Hughes, according to a report.
The Reds were linked with a move for the 18-year-old during the summer but failed to negotiate an acceptable deal with the Championship outfit.
Manager Brendan Rodgers is believed to be a keen admirer of the England Under-21 international, who has impressed for the Rams since making his debut in 2011.
According to The Metro, the Merseyside club will open the bidding at £6m but are prepared to go as high as £10m, which would involve bonuses dependent on him breaking into the national team.
Hughes's contract at Pride Park runs until 2016.
