Liverpool forward Fabio Borini could reportedly complete a loan deal with Sunderland before the close of the transfer window today at 11pm.
The Black Cats are said to have made their interest known in the Italian, but Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers recently stated that he was against sending Borini out on loan.
Despite the Northern Irishman's words, it is understood that a move could come to fruition if the Reds complete the signing of Chelsea's Victor Moses on a temporary basis, according to Sky Sports News.
Borini has failed to secure a starting position under Rodgers since joining the club from Roma last year.
