Liverpool have snapped up highly-rated French defender Mamadou Sakho for a fee of around £15 million.
This is their second signing this morning as Brendan Rodgers looks to bolster his defensive line-up before the window closes tonight.
Sakho might only be 23, but he has already played 201 games for PSG and has 14 international caps for France.
Liverpool's official website said he has signed a 'long-term' contract after passing a medical at Melwood, the club's training complex.
Sakho said: "I'm delighted to be here. I'd like to thank everyone for the welcome.
"I came here because the project that is in place at Liverpool interests me. I'm really looking forward to playing my first game."

Sakho came through the PSG youth academy before making his debut for PSG in 2007 and was named France young player of the year for 2010/11.
He added: "I'm really looking forward to cracking on with work and I can't wait to get on pitch.
"I know the Liverpool fans are fantastic and while I was in France, it was clear for me to see they are amongst the best in England."
Sakho is the Reds' seventh signing of the summer transfer window.
